From Commitment to Practice: How ArtsNL gave its team practical language for serving an increasingly diverse community

Having an inclusive policy is one thing, but knowing how to put it into practice is another. When ArtsNL recognized that its community was becoming more diverse, the organization took a step in giving its team the language, confidence, and space to communicate across difference with greater care.
